The greatest lesson for you to learn in order to have a wonderful life is to know that your thoughts shape your life! Every belief that you hold becomes true, every thought that you think about yourself is true!

Where do these negative thoughts come from?
When we are children our minds are like a sponge, we soak up everything in our atmosphere. So, if you were told you are an idiot every time you dropped something, guess what you call yourself now?
If your teacher told you that you will “never amount to anything” that is what you believed.
When we are children we believe our role models and we hold our parents in the highest regards and we believe what they tell us.
When I realised that my thoughts were shaping my life and the experiences that occurred in my life, I slowly began changing my thoughts so they were positive, uplifting, loving an inline with how I wanted my life to be.
Each morning I go for a walk through nature and I tell myself how my life is, for example, “I am a magnet for money”, “Everything I touch turns into a success”, “I am a successful business woman”, “I am loveable because I exist”. These positive affirmations are my reality now because I have repeated them so often that 1. I believe them and 2. The universe has aligned itself to my thoughts and feelings.
Follow these 3 steps to make your life brilliant and extraordinary!
1. Monitor Your Thoughts.
Start by monitoring your thoughts throughout the day and each time you have a negative message, change it and replace it with a positive message. Make the message loving and positive.
2. Hold No Judgment Towards Yourself Or To Others.
Judgemental thoughts are like poison for the soul, they do not lift you up to be your best and they make you feel toxic. Instead give yourself and others praise. It feels amazing to give someone a genuine compliment and you will both feel wonderful for the rest of the day!
3. Say Positive Affirmations In Your Mind.
Go about your day and repeat positive affirmations that are inline with who you want to be and what you want from life. Make your statements powerful by using them in the present tense. If you say “I want” you are declaring that you “do not” or “have not”, so declare “I am”. For example, I am loveable because I exist, I am prosperous, I am a magnet for great men that are respectful and kind.
When you are in a positive mindset and believe that your life is incredible that is exactly what you will receive. Your subconscious mind is not aware of what you do or don’t have, it is picking up on how you are feeling about certain circumstances. By being positive you are feeling happy and charged with great energy so that is what you will receive more of!
