Being grateful is the essence of attracting more things in your life to be grateful for. The energy that you put out into the universe will be mirrored back to you.
If you think about all the people you know that are happy in life and successful then you will also know that most of those people are positive and have a grateful attitude. On the other hand, if you know people who are bitter, miserable and are constantly struggling then you will know that they are negative people who may always complain.
The reason for this is because the energy that these people are putting out into the universe is coming back to them through experiences and the people they meet.
Through my own experience with gratitude I literally became a different person. I have always been a positive person that is delighted by the small things, however, when I spent 30 days writing down 20 things per day of what I was grateful for everything shifted.
My eating habits changed from eating take away to cooking healthy meals. I met positive people all day long. I started meditating seriously. I took long baths surrounded by beautiful candles and life gave me so much more to be grateful for.
It was like the universe was saying , “Oh she loves this, let’s give her some more to get her even more excited”. 🙂
For 30 days I began each day by journaling 20 things I was grateful for. I felt so happy throughout the day because of this and I attracted more and more things to be grateful for.
Even the simple things that we take for granted like, clean running water from any tap in our home. Where some people in third world countries need to walk for miles to gather water, and that water is not even clean when they reach their destination. Even thinking about that right now, makes me value water so much. Then through that gratitude comes the positive, uplifting feelings. I feel energised through thoughts of gratitude and the universe will continue flooding miracles into my life.
When I began manifesting a partner into my life, I wrote a list of all the qualities that he has. I also listed what our relationship looked like. I wrote the letter in present tense because as Wayne Dyer says, “Assume the feeling from the end”. So each sentence began with, “My husband is”…Every time that I read that letter I felt so excited and uplifted as though he was there in my life already. So with that positive feeling of gratitude for “My husband” I manifested him into my life a short while later. And yes, Mark is everything that was on my list!
Write a letter to the universe listing all the qualities that you want in a partner. Write it in present tense and feel as though he is already in your life. Try not to edit yourself and instead continue writing and dreaming big. Manifest him into your life by reading over the letter with every opportunity you get. Visualise them in your life as you read the letter. Feel uplifted, hopeful, excited. Write a beautiful letter so that when you read over it you become so happy and confident about him being in your life.
In order to get anything you want you need to come from a place of gratitude. So, find things throughout your day to be grateful for, be happy and surround yourself with happy people.
Your life is bright and filled with more than you can possibly imagine. I cannot wait to hear about your journey and I am looking forward to seeing you bloom!
So today I’d like you to take a picture of something you are most grateful for. Post the photo on my Facebook or Instagram, then below the photo, comment on why you are so grateful for it. Don’t forget to tag it with; #Bloomforlove.
