This Bircher Muesli is a healthy snack or for breakfast…For such simple ingredients it is a smashing flavour in your mouth.
One word to describe this recipe…Moorish!
1 Cup of Oats
1 Cup of Water
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbs of Sultanas
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together ensuring vanilla extract is stirred through. Cover overnight.
When you are ready to eat sprinkle with cinnamon.
I usually prepare this as a snack for morning tea. So I make the muesli in the morning and it is ready to eat by morning tea time.
Enjoy with a cup of green tea.
